I am planning to take UPSC exam this year and I have heard that A TEXTBOOK OF HYDRAULIC MACHINES By ER. R.K. RAJPUT S. Chand Publishing (https://www.schandpublishing.com/books/tech-professional/mechanical-engi... ) is one of the best book to refer.
Please let me know if anyone has any information regarding this.

Hello Teachers of India.
I am Reuben from Brainwave magazine a children's science magazine (bwmag.in) and we are trying to get feedback from science teachers on how a child learns in school. We are building a web platform for children in the 5-8th grade to compliment what is being taught in school.

I was doing some research work to analyse the Content Delivery mechanisms among School, Teachers, Parents and Students. These are the key stakeholders in the Education ecosystem and effective communication among them is very critical. We lost Education in Classification of Information.  Information leads us from literacy to specialization only.  A journey from literacy to a specialization in schools and universities is not education. Unfortunately some opportunists are indoctrinating society in the name of education with various institutions. An educator opens the doors of knowledge; the other closes all but the one he wants his followers to pass through! Education is a process for self identification.
