Learning outcome

It's some time confuses us that is learning outcome is related to obtained marks? What I assume that it's became a part of our daily problem solving skills and reflect in our behaviour also. Its a much more widely connected to a person's activity and his way of thinking. While obtaining marks is small part of learning outcome. Please give comments to improve views

Learning outcomes are vital part of teaching learning process. If we know our expected outcomes then we can easily assess our performance and students' performance. teacher who has clarity of outcomes never deviates from her lesson.

teaching learning process...is long process...and exam..just one outcome ...and as whole of the personality of a student...a student may be best in dance class not in mathematics...may be better in one language and other subject.....we as teacher should widen our perception about learning outcome...so instead of judging in exam..(narrow one)
